Bitcoin ATM Operator CoinFlip Seeking Buyer, Could Sell for $1 Billion

According to a report by Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter, Bitcoin ATM operator CoinFlip may join the cryptocurrency M&A boom, and the company is seeking a buyer of $1 billion. CoinFlip has hired a financial advisor to assist it in the initial sales phase. According to Bloomberg, although CoinFlip's goal is to raise at least $1 billion, there is no guarantee that the company can achieve this goal or that the sale can go smoothly. CoinFlip is the second largest cryptocurrency ATM operator after Bitcoin Depot, which maintains nearly 8,700 Bitcoin ATMs, according to CoinATMRadar. According to CoinATMRadar, CoinFlip's ATMs are spread all over the world, with about 5,600 locations, of which about 4,300 are located in the United States.
